just noticed another place which got spammed:
http://typo3.org/events/community-events/

three events starting 2015-2-22 til 2015-02-25 about packers and movers

and so it may be real conferences, I don't think that medical 
Conferences (FLU, Cancer, Radiology, Diabetes) belong in the TYPO3 
Community Event list.
other 'events' unrelated to TYPO3 (neither programming nor hosting) I 
also consider as SPAM.

you might introduce a filter having TYPO3 in the event-description.
