Let see, indeed. If the magic button isn't reliable enough, it could be a small form generating a
migration request to us.

Good news!

One thing that we need to keep an eye is the performance of http://git.typo3.org/ which is rather
slow currently and won't improve with more projects. There should be some tweaking possibility
though: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/7037978/gitweb-became-slow

No idea how much effort it would be, but an integration with Github would be awesome for extension
developers who like this platform and would like to migrate their code there. Here a plugin to be

I also have the same opinion. Gerrit review is not needed / wanted for many Forge projects. If we
 manage making it configurable, that would be even better. A lot of work in perspective!

Technically, though, there always will be Gerrit under the hood, it is just the review system that
is going to be skipped.
