[TYPO3-typo3org] What should happen to buzz.typo3.org?

I also have bad memories of t3blog, although it was before Dmitry 
invested a lot of effort into it, so maybe recent versions are better.

However I would really rather go with "news" or the Extbase blog 
example, if it can be an opportunity to make it more complete.
