[TYPO3-typo3org] nrew TER code preview

Hi Lorenz,

must agree here, sometimes the CodeView was really helpfull.

Perhaps an alternative is to detect, wether a forge project exists and
link to these three point:

 * repository
 * wiki
 * bugtracker
