no! it's quite "hidden".. and really seems a selector for subsection of  
the site..
so i guess 99% people won't ever open it,
if there was a way to show the "ring" of a dozen of typo3 websites, it  
would help a lot

just adding "go to website" you get the idea that there is something else  
"outside" current website

this is just my opinion, obviously :)
