[TYPO3-typo3org] Wanted: forums on typo3.org

hi,

beside the nice things of a forum i will point to the problems:

 - spam bots are currently heavily developed for web servers
   -> authentication needed
   -> spam filter needed
 - attachments
   ->which filetypes are allowed (max size?)
 - more things?

Anyway i think a forum/newsgroup viewer is a got startingpoint for
beginners, as the newsgroups are not usable for all people.
