[TYPO3-typo3org] Bug with bug tag in wiki.typo3.org (fixed)

Hi all,

You may have noticed that sometimes the <bug> tag didn't work properly 
in the wiki. Only the bug number would be displayed, but not the title. 
It appeared this was due to some special characters that appeared in the 
title, like HTML entities or the $ sign.

Daniel Brüssler fixed that tonight. Big thanks to him! It's a really 
nice contribution to the Bug Day.
