[TYPO3-typo3org] Version matrix: MySQL 5.1 for TYPO3 >= 4.3

Hello Guys,

I'm currently working on a project, which tests the versions of my 
installed TYPO3 installations and allows updates of the ones installed 
via the zip version.

So it would be very nice, if the version fields for the newest version 
would have an id, so that the parsing is a lot easier.

I also would like to see, if the package page would be replaced with the 
new version matrix.
