[TYPO3-typo3org] No mantis monitoring mails

Sorry Steffen, I think there is indeed a problem. The mailserver reports
that I am not allowed to relay mails. That explains why it worked for me
(michael at typo3.org), but not for you.

I'll try to fix this asap and let you know when it works.
