I can confirm your problem but don't have a solution at hand.

I tried to update your example by removing the flag, and setting it
again. As you can see in the log at the page bottom, there have been
changes (though it's strange that "yes" seems to have been changed to
"yes").

However, in the end the filter still doesn't find that issue.

I don't get what you mean with this?! Do you want me to write this text
in notes? Otherwise, as you can see above, it wouldn't help to change
anything...
