[TYPO3-typo3org] Suggestion: TER Rating link visibility

Right now only extensions with 5 or more rating are shown with a link in the 
list of extensions on typo3.org.
For those with less than 5 ratings, only the word "none" is shown. To rate 
on of these, the user first have to click on the extension title, and the 
the Ratings link.

How about changing the "none" to "none - Rate now" amd make "Rate now" a 
link, similar to that on ext with 5 or more ratings?
Maybe thay would make more people rate extensions.
