[TYPO3-typo3org] "New snippet" deos work for you?

no. it worked for me when i reopened it but not now. Until i got it 
fixed you can solve it by adding &no_cache=1 to the Url

> and there's no way to edit previous own snippets :(

this works fine for me. After login go to my snippet and view one, 
you'll see an edit icon
