[TYPO3-typo3org] "New snippet" deos work for you?

when i use the "new snippet" command in http://snippets.typo3.org/ i get  
redirected to http://snippets.typo3.org/?tx_pastecode_pi1[new]=1 without  
having the possibility to add a new snippet.
is it only me?

and there's no way to edit previous own snippets :(
