[TYPO3-typo3org] Abuse of "Sites made with TYPO3"

I'm just thinking of rating accountability ideas.

How about not allowing voters to vote for their own entries?

I know someone could still give competitors low rankings outside of this.

If ratings and ratees are tracked, we could have a three-person
committee that determines rating abuse and removes that person and
their listings from the system.
