Hi!

Same Problem here. I tried to download the sxw manual from Dmitri 
Dulepovs new rating extension:
http://typo3.org/extensions/repository/view/ratings/1.0.3/

0 Bytes were downloaded. Quite short to read. ;-)

Installing the Extension and then opening the sxw file from the backend 
didn't help either...
