[TYPO3-typo3org] support.typo3.org: Lack of response from Alex of TEK Dev in US

Since it seems that the typo3org folks have a plan for the  
support.typo3.org pages, but are not ready to release it yet.

In the meantime, how about we link support.typo3.org to http:// 
lists.netfielders.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo or another resource?

The important thing here is to get support.typo3.org resolving to  
something somewhat usable and not discourage users away from TYPO3.
