[TYPO3-typo3org] List of extension manuals doesn't render

Hello Robert,

## what special extensions or CTypes are in use for this page?

For me it seems so, that the caching-algorithm has a little bug, what is
triggered by a little component. This seems to affect the
caching-algorithm to see this page as "needs no re-caching", stops the
caching for this request and gives the command back to the main-algorithm.
