I feel a bit unconformable with the organization.
Is there anything official, a serious final Information?
A small Page / Wiki URL for this and I can't find it?

- When ... this Weekend ... form when till when (time) ?
- Where ... what is the post address?
- What ... do we need (Mac/Pcs/Beamer ... ?)
- What ... is already prepared?
- Where ... can we sleep? Any good/cheap Adress?
- How ... can we get there, if we come via Train?
- Where ... can we leave the car, if we come via Car?
- What ... is the final Schedule?
- ...
