[TYPO3-typo3org] Wiki: Recent changes on main page?

Hi Elmar,

because of these points I have a problem with it

* the wiki-engine is very old and connot be updated because the current
PHP-version on the server is much too old. (I have asked for a
PHP-update months ago)
* the code for that feature could not be used in an update

=> That's the reason I've put the special link into the page.
