Yes,

I am waiting for Michael Stucki to set up the mailingslist (he is 
extremely busy because of the T3DD but promised to set it up soon).

As soon as this is done I want to arrange the meeting as soon as 
possible though I think it might take most of the time to find an 
appropriate date.
