[TYPO3-typo3org] news.typo3.org moving temporarily

[Jan-Hendrik Heuing [DD]]

news.typo3.org and lists.netfielders.de have been moved. There will be some 
final update in a few days. Same thing will be started for typo3.com as 
well...
