[TYPO3-typo3org] proposed support.typo3.org KB category structure

Hi all,

When thinking about how the different audiences may use the KB, I tried to come up with something that would intuitively allow someone to quickly find the right topic, regardless of whether they are a new user or have years of experience. I thought by breaking it down by overall topic with subtopics, it might make it easier to drill down than the categories I'd originally set up (for example, would a Windows installation question be a "Quick Features" HOWTO, or an "Advanced Features" HOWTO, etc.) This new structure would make it easier for someone wanting to know how to set up a menu to go to the site, see there's a section just for template questions, then jump to the category dealing with menus. Since these articles will all be about quick access to relevant data for a task, with code snippets going into any and every relevant article, rather than a tutorial on how to do something (that's what the main documentation and videos are for...), what do people think about this kind of structure?

Thanks,
Alex
