[TYPO3-typo3org] Suggestion on new TYPO3.org frontpage

Thanks for your feedback!
Right now this is a static concept page only, but I've implemented the 
concepts in TYPO3 before.

There is no problem creating a TV template for this. As for what RSS 
versions er should use I am sure that there are some bright minds around 
with some opinions.

I am not sure how easy the diff-link is I'll take a look.

Projects should really be in there, I'll add it :)
