[TYPO3-typo3org] TYPO3 Jive support forum

There's an option to show or not show email addresses, and since the 
forum is supposed to be a web-based version of the mailing lists, people 
should only be replying to posts or creating new ones as forum members. 
Therefore, I just hid all email addresses for the forum.
