[TYPO3-typo3org] Extented documentation status in TER

Hi Tim,

thank you for your suggestions. Can you check if they are already  
saved as feature requests in our bug tracker? (bugs.typo3.org) As it  
seems, I will soon be able to work on ter_fe and ter_doc again and  
can then include your suggested features.
