[TYPO3-typo3org] Requirement page on typo3.org and .com

The Requirement page used to be in the left menu there:

Here's Google cache:

That's a page that could also go into http://typo3.org/about/ .

And referenced at top of typo3.com "Feature List" 
(http://typo3.com/Feature_list.1243.0.html) page because *some* may 
needs to discard it if based on PHP or others requirements...

Oh, and please try to get a better URL for such an important page:

http://typo3.com/Feature-list/   is a lot better!
