[TYPO3-typo3org] TER 2 and soap error

Hi,

I realize that the new TER have had some problems, but I'm interested in 
knowing wether these issues have been solved?

I tried uploading an extension using T3-3.8.1, which gave an "Wrong 
version" error.

I also tried from my cvs copy running T3-4.0beta3, but this gave a 
"SOAP-ENV:Client: Bad Request" error.

Any idea?
