[TYPO3-typo3org] why are there still obsolete extensions listed

for instance, these are marked *Obsolete*
gb_workflow
dfluess
rte_conf
gov_textmenu
news_pack
a1_ttnews
news_plus

But there are also extension (like news_plusminus) last updated 2 years 
ago, that are in state *Alpha*, that will most like will not work 
anymore for present install and will most likely have no use what so 
ever given the current state of tt_news.

Maybe this is something for the review team, to filter out these 'old' 
extension

(btw, the search of extensions only shows a limited number of items. Try 
searchstring "news", you'd notice that for instance extension 'news 
pack' is not shown)
