[TYPO3-typo3org] TYPO3 Participation pages

Hi

I recently noticed the new page "How to participate" that contains job
offerings around TYPO3 or typo3.org. The idea behind this is great I
think! But the usability of the page could be improved.

My ideas:

- - have *one* page listing all the jobs (including new tasks, currently
working on and finished tasks), showing their state and link to the long
description. The overview page should not contain a description.

- - Have one page that contains the description & history for each task or
one long page that contains all tasks.

- - Have a status indicated for each task. This could be graphical or in a
percentage.

Are there any other ideas how the usability of this part of typo3.org
could be improved?
