[TYPO3-typo3org] Thanks for fixed layout width at typo3.org

Hi list,

I want to say thank you very much to the responsible persons for
changing the layout to a more developer friendly version at typo3.org.

This finally makes working with the site more pleasant ;-)

The new version of TER looks great, although Ratings aren't working, but
I gues you guys are fixing in the meantime ;-)

Another hint: The quicklink menu and search box on the upper right are
missing some paddin / margin to the right.
