[TYPO3-typo3org] Unable to manage extension keys?

Hi,

I'm sorry to bug you on this, but I am still unable to edit my extension 
keys on www.typo3.org. After logon, I go to 
http://typo3.org/extensions/extension-keys/, click on "Manage Keys" and 
get the following error message:

SoapFault Exception (#Client): looks like we got no XML document

AFAIK this error has been known for quite some time, so what's the 
status on this problem?
