I agree with that. While testing several CRM solutions it is always the 
same way: the customer is centered while all other fields and areas are 
related to the customer.

Do I get this right? Our system is logging every call in a storage area. 
Like "which port connected to which number" -> identification with 
customer database and employee -> push it right into CRM.

I'll do so. Maybe end of June, because I have to go to hospital for some 
days. Gonna write some more there if I'm able to do so. :)
