Hi Robert, hi team :)

To gett hings rolling, I'd like to jojn the typo3.org team. As already
discussed in Kitzbühel, Michael (H.) and I will work out the details of
mirroring the TER files.

If there is more work to share (be it TER-related or general typo3.org
things), that *can* be shared, then we should share it.

I can't offer loads of time (just as everyone else), but at least we can get
things going (slowly), instead of waiting motionless for free time. :)
