[Typo3-typo3org] Upgrade to 3.8.0 / PHP5

We testet the machines before by running a spider. Maybe it could be
an idea to rund a spider with full verbose mode on the original and
than on the testserver and run a simple diff to see whats different.
I'll check this with Wolfgang.
