[Typo3-typo3org] Upgrade to 3.8.0 / PHP5

I'll check everything this afternoon / tonight, as well as the documentation
rendering problem on the live server. BTW: The only module I remember which
was definately not working with 3.8 was the user tracking module which I
disabled then.
