[Typo3-typo3org] TER 2.0 - updated concept!

Hi folks,

last weekend I travelled to Karlsruhe and visited the guys from punkt.de for
discussing the TER concept and the next steps for moving TYPO3.org. I
worked a lot on the concept while I was sitting in the train and read all
your posts again to include the best ideas in my updated version. I also
wrote down some new ideas ...

Please re-read the whole document [1] and give your feedback soon. In my
eyes it is fairly complete in terms of the basic concepts and the next step
is now to split up work into various packages we can work on the next weeks
and months.

About the move of TYPO3.org: We are still waiting for the hardware - if
everything works fine, 4 brand-new servers will be delivered until next
weekend and we can set up and test everything during the week after. We
plan to switch over to the new servers on Ascension Day (05.05.) or the
following weekend respectively. I'll keep you informed about the current
state ...
