[Typo3-typo3org] Outdated page + feature request

Hallo,

First. The following page on typo3.org is outdated:
http://typo3.org/community/projects/mascot/

It talks about April 1. in the future. In the chaos of T3 being sold to microsoft
we completly forgot about the mascot contest being closed.


And the second, I fear to ask but:

Will it be anywhen in the not so far future that typo3.org becomes multilanguage ?
Especially the typo.org/extensions site. I know this would need that ext_emconf.php
gets multilanguage and this would mean many other changes ...
