[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #13873: TemplaVoila should use a docHeader as well (mod1)

It seems that the API for backend-modules isn't consistent between 4.2 
and 4.3 (again) - therefore I had to make slight modifications to get 
this working with 4.2 and 4.3+.

New patch _v2 is attached - I'm still looking forward to get some 
feedback on that (attached a screen in addition to proof that it's worth 
to spend some time and test it ;) ).
