Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

Problem:
It would be nice when you add a field to edit the "oldStyleColumnNumber".

Solution:
I added the field for "ce", see screenshot.
Also i used an internal counter which is raised when creating new eType ce.
Also the label Page-Content Elements [Pos: to be defined] irretated many 
users. Now it's filled with the internal counter, you'll see
Page-Content Elements [Pos: 0] for the first time
Page-Content Elements [Pos: 1] next time etc.
