Hi

The following bugfix was committed to 1_4 (rev 29230) and trunk (rev 29231)

Problem:
When using staticDS, the DS is a XML file and the link is created to 
file_edit.php for allow edit the XML file.

This has to be suppressed if the XML file was added by an extension and 
is in extension directory.
