Problem:
Unmapping does not hide ce field in page module.

Solution:
The attached patch adjusts to related "isMapped" check to detect both 
cases (1) no mapping information because the field has never been mapped 
and (2) empty mapping information because the field was "unmapped" again.

Additional information:
"Unmapping" can be done within the "Change mode" part - just select the 
last empty entry in the dropdown.
