[TYPO3-team-templavoila] RFC: #11842: mapping type RANGE not available when tag has both id and class attribute

Problem:
The "RANGE" option won't show up whenever the first element has an "id".

Solution:
The attached patch handles this special situation where the 
elParentLevel array doesn't point directly to the parent.
