This is an SVN patch request.

When using referenced elements on a page, you don't have an edit pencil, 
but preview content is rendered with edit link. This is inconsistent.

The patch don't render edit link for referenced elements at all. But you 
can configure to do so:

mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1 {
   enableEditIconForLocalElements = 1
}



This is simular to the config option enableDeleteIconForLocalElements 
for these elements.
