[TYPO3-team-templavoila] FYI: #13454: Possible hide of "New Site Wizard"

Hi,

This is an SVN patch request.

There is no possibility to hide this Wizard. When site is created 
manually you may want to prevent any other admin using it.

This is now possible with

mod.web_txtemplavoilaM2 {
     hideNewSiteWizard = 1
}
