This is an SVN patch request.

This patch adds a configuration for this case:
mod.web_txtemplavoilaM1.hideCopyForTranslation = 1

This is useful eg using seperate structure for languages and you won't 
have 1:1 translation of content elements, then you're able to hide the 
"Copy for Translation" links.
