Hi,

this patch was committed to trunk, rev 24813

This patch should be committed quite a while, but i forgot. Same was 
integrated in 4.3 and it allows you to remove languages for translate.

There is also no compatibility problem with older TYPO versions.

Thanks to Xavier Perseguers for keeping up reminders.
