Do you mean this for FE editing? I don't think that something like this 
would work for BE as TYPO3 doesn't know the exact layout of the page. 
For something like this the page would have to be mapped exactly (even 
more detailed than with templavoila) and things like edit/move/delete 
could be integrated not so easily I guess.
