[TYPO3-t3skin] Something like a cursor?

Hi, as you might realized, I'm currently working on some design concepts. As
I built in this new toolbar (like the Office-07 toolbar)and made the button
"New Content", I had the idea of something like a cursor or focus or
something like that. So you could first click at the position on the page,
the content shall be created at, and then only click on "New content", and
the content will be created there.  Contents could be edited like this (when
they're focused) as well.
