[TYPO3-hci] "SL" in Extension Manager

Hi HCI team,

what means "SL" in Extension manager?

It's shown, if an extension is installed as sysext and as local extension - 
so I assume it means sth. like "System overridden by Local".

Could we add an <abbr> tag for it?

I can write the patch, if sb. tells me, what it means and weather the 
solution is sufficient or a bit more should be done.
