[TYPO3-hci] Combine page and list module into one module

sys_action is a complete different module offering other 
functionalities. With sys_action you can set up actions that can be done 
by editors. However: afaik these do not include to modify a bunch of 
pages in an organized view (like page or list module offer). In addition 
you have to set the actions up manually where the page and list modules 
offer their functionality automatically.
